But I can see that this Knight is a different beast from my beater 30-30 and I'll probably suck it up and go with regular mounts. I grew up with them on my 22 and 30-30 and have used both many times. It isn't about trusting the optics, it's about knowing I am dead on at 100+ yards with the scope while not having to estimate or scan around to find my target at 30 yards with a scope that doesn't go below 3 power.
